Ranch properties are in a class all their own, requiring close attention to water, mineral rights, roads, easements, fence lines, environmental conditions, grazing leases, agricultural tax classification, subdivision rights, and zoning.

We can use the DORA-approved form of PSA and prepare additional provisions, or we can provide a bespoke form of PSA.

We assist our clients with purchasing and selling ranch properties in every aspect of the transaction, including title and survey review, title endorsements, due diligence, and closing.  We will also refer you to, and will work alongside, a seasoned water and mineral rights lawyer.
