Diane Wolfson

Managing Partner

Real Estate, Business, Commercial Litigation Attorney

“Every client should feel well-served.  To accomplish this,

I listen, I am efficient, and I over-deliver.”

Diane Wolfson has been practicing law for over twenty-five years.

She started her career in "big law" at a Wall Street firm (now part of DLA Piper), then spent two decades running her own practice in Telluride, CO, a high-end resort ski town.  Today she is based in Denver.

Diane lives and breathes real estate.  She is an experienced real estate investor and owner, and a successful entrepreneur, having founded companies in HOA property management and lodging.

A deal maker at heart, Diane's real estate practice covers the entire life cycle of residential and commercial real estate transactions, from acquisition, financing and entitlements, through construction, management, leasing, and disposition.

Diane also has considerable expertise in HOAs.  She has been HOA counsel to many associations and reviewed HOA documents for countless more buyers.  Plus, she founded and ran an HOA management company for 12 years.

Diane is also a business attorney who handles entity formation and financing, along with mergers and acquisitions.  As well, in a general counsel role, she prepares a broad range of commercial contracts (service, partnership, licensing, franchise, employment, NDAs and non-competes, real estate brokerage).

In addition to transactional work, Diane is an accomplished litigator. She has represented clients in complex commercial litigation involving breach of contract, patent infringement, computer hacking, defamation, indemnification, mandatory injunction, collections, evictions, lease disputes, easement disputes, construction defects, bankruptcy and foreclosure.

She is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.

Diane is trained in non-violent communication and mediation.  For balance, she practices yoga and meditation. She is also an experienced improvisor, having completed Level 601 and performed on stage with numerous teams.

Outside the office, Diane enjoys skiing, horses, hiking, singing, dancing and painting.
