Edward "Ted" Bendelow

Senior Counsel

Real Estate, Business, Commercial Litigation Attorney

“I’ve approached my job with tenacity, passion,

and preparedness, and I’m going to do the

same for my next client.”

Edward "Ted" Bendelow has been practicing law for over forty years in a broad range of business and real estate matters, from contracts to complex litigation, insurance coverage and motorsports to trademarks. He has litigated nationally with some of the major figures in American industry, including in Colorado, Florida, New York, Texas, Minnesota and California.  He has also acted as general counsel to countless entities.

In short, Ted has done it all and seen it all, and he is one of the front range's premier business and real estate attorneys.

Ted is also interesting. He has been a state representative, has a masters in public administration, lectured at the University of Colorado School of Public Administration, and volunteered in the Peace Corps in West Africa.

After managing his law firm for decades, with offices throughout Colorado, including in Telluride, Ted has now moved his practice to Sphere Law Firm to enable his eventual transition to retirement.

Outside the office, Ted enjoys snowmobiles, motorcycles, and a good steak.
